Individual Call In: Please contact the hotel direct, toll free at 1-800-HILTONS (1-800-445-8667), Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm EDT or via Fax at 301-977-3450. The block group name is: NIST - APC Meeting. Once an individual reservation has been made, any changes should be made directly with the Gaithersburg Hilton Group Reservations Department. A credit card number or 1 night's advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of this block. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival or 1 night’s room and tax will be assessed. Room block will be held until Thursday - May 15, 2008, after which unreserved rooms in block will be released.
